      • How do I find the plugin on my computer?

      Natural Drums plugin files can be found in the following locations. (To remove all Natural Drums components from your system see the next question: How do I remove Natural Drums from my computer?)

      • How do I uninstall / remove Natural Drums from my computer?

      To completely remove Natural Drums from your computer, please locate and delete the following files and folders:

      Mac

      To find the “user Library” open Finder and click Go in the menu bar, in the top left of the screen. Hold down the option key and “Library” should appear.

      • How do I upgrade to the latest version of Natural Drums?

      Natural Drums will automatically prompt you with a link to download the latest version when it becomes available. Alternatively, you can visit the downloads page in your DAACI account to manually download the latest version. Access the downloads page here.

      • How do I upgrade from the trial version to the full version?

      To upgrade from the trial version to the full version of Natural Drums, simply enter your full version license key in the activation window that appears when the trial expires. Alternatively, you can go to the license keys page in your DAACI account and deactivate your trial license. This will prompt the activation window to appear the next time you open the plugin.
