Troubleshooting: I can't see the plugin

I can’t see the plugin on my computer 

  • Please see I can’t see the plugin in my DAW

I can’t see the plugin in my DAW 

  • There are two versions for Mac. Please see our installation guide here to check you are installing the correct version for your system and specific DAW version.
  • If installation was successful please check that you can see the following folders
    • Mac 
      • Macintosh HD/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST3/N-Drums.vst3
      • Macintosh HD/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST3/N-Drums MIDIFX.vst3
    • Windows
      • C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3\N-Drums.vst3
      • C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3\N-Drums MIDIFX.vst3
  • If you can see the N-Drums folders please head to the troubleshooting section for your specific DAW here.

    Activation 

    Troubleshooting: Activation

      1. Make sure you have enough activations left in your license key:
        • Navigate to the License keys tab in your DAACI account
        • Under Activation status you can see how many activations you have used and the total number of activations
        • If you want to delete some activations to reuse them in other machines, click on the View button and delete the unused activations from there

      2. Make sure you are using the correct email for the license key:
        • Navigate to the Orders tab in your DAACI account 
        • Click View on the relevant order and check the email address entered under Billing address
        • When activating the plugin in your DAW, you will need to enter the email address, as it is written under Billing address
