Known Issues

Known issues in Studio One:

Natural Drums crashes when loading in Studio One V5. 

We are not able to support V5 of Studio One, please upgrade to V6 if you wish to use Natural Drums in Studio One

Known issues in Pro Tools:

Pro Tools crashes when loading a 3rd party plugin in the kit menu

This is an intermittent issue that we are working on. Restarting Pro Tools will often solve the issue or if that doesn’t work restarting the computer will normally solve the issue.

Known issues in GarageBand: 

GarageBand discoverability issue

Create a new instrument track

Ensure “Smart Controls” is selected in the top left of the window. 

Expand the “Plug-Ins” dropdown.

In the top slot, selected “N-Drums” within the “AU Instruments/DAACI” folders.

If you get a pop-up message, select “Lower Security Settings”.
