What data will be collected from students during the trial?
During the trial, we'll collect only the essentials: the participant's first name, surname, school, and age range, along with their thoughts and feedback on using WiSL.
All responses are anonymised during analysis, and no personal data is shared outside the DAACI team. We take privacy seriously and follow strict GDPR guidelines to ensure everything is handled securely, respectfully, and with full transparency.
Where is student data stored?
All data collected during the trial is securely stored in HubSpot, a trusted CRM platform. HubSpot's servers are located in the EU and the US, and all data is managed in full compliance with UK GDPR standards.

How long will student data be stored?
Data will be stored for up to 2 years.
Can students be required to delete the app after testing?
Yes, you can request students delete the app should this be in line with your school policy.
Will there be advertisements in the testing version?
No, the beta test is ad-free.
